General
-I have the right to refuse commissions or requests for any reason.
-Commissions are for personal use only.
-I may share these commissions (with lower resolution, watermark, and credit) in twitter unless requested otherwise.Process
-I will share each stage of the process (sketch, lineart, base colours, rendering) to the client for confirmation and slight alteration.
-Revisions are fine as long as they are reasonable. Drastic changes past the lineart stage may have an upcharge.
-The process of doing your commission may vary based on my availability. This means I can not take any time-sensitive commissions.
-Client will receive the files (PNG and PSD) through google drivePayment
-Payment is done through Paypal.
-Payment will be done upfront.
-All Prices are CAD and may be subject to change.Refunds
-Commissions are non-refundable after the sketch stage
-Full refunds are applicable if I have not started beyond the sketch stage, or decide to cancel the commission if I'm unable to do it.
